Research Opportunity: Novel Algorithm for DNA Structure and Protein Folding

While working on a mathematical problem, I developed a new algorithm that may provide insight into the mechanisms underlying DNA structure and protein folding without relying on artificial intelligence models.

A key feature of this approach is that it aims not only to predict folding outcomes but also to model and explain the underlying processes. If validated, this could potentially enable a deeper understanding of the factors that drive folding and offer new ways to analyze or manipulate these mechanisms.

The work is currently in the testing and simulation stage. Because the research has not yet been published or protected, I am not able to disclose the technical details publicly at this time.

I am seeking funding and/or research collaboration to allow dedicated development, validation, and publication of the work. Interested parties with experience in computational biology, mathematics, biophysics, or research funding are welcome to make contact to discuss the project under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
